Last week I touched 10 km mark. This week I planned to run bit extra. Had planned this run today. Proper diet and sleep a day before helped. There was a lecture rescheduled in the evening which was communicated to us very late. Bunked the lecture and went for the planned run.
Started running at a very steady pace, infact was running at the same pace till the end. Took 2 stops in way to drink water. Comfortably completed 12.5 kms (run the route http://treksee.com/p/6kv) in about 70 minutes. Had a very rapid recovery. Looking forward for day tomorrow how my body reacts.
Have 2 quizzes too early morning and a end term in evening.
I need to drink more water deliberately. It will harm me in long run. Currently I drink less than 2-3 glasses a day.
